Floral aromas of honeysuckle and lavender appear alongside marmalade, candied lemons, cinnamon, rich malt and dark chocolate. The palate offers notes of heather honey, Mirabelle plum, apple and vanilla, slowly developing liquorice, roasted coffee, porcini mushroom, chestnuts and sage.
