70cl / 52.1% / North Star Spirits - A vast amount of this single malt is used in the famous Ballantine’s blend which makes this high-age expression, bottled by North Star, all the more special. Its 27 years resting in a refill hogshead has imparted aromas of toasted cinnamon, tinned peaches and waxy citrus on the nose, complemented by notes of milk chocolate, ginger snap biscuit and dashes of vanilla on the palate.
