- A 1979 Glentauchers single malt from independent bottler Gordon & Mac Phail, matured in a single hogshead for 41 years, before being bottled in April 2021 as part of its Private Collection. Aromas of vanilla, Seville orange, fried banana, baked apples & pineapple fill the nose, complemented by notes of red apple, poached pears, roasted cashew nuts, grapefruit, toasted oak & white pepper throughout the palate.
