This Champagne, of which only 15, 000 bottles were produced, was disgorged in April 2021 and is comprised of 72 Chardonnay and 28% Pinot Noir. Notes of strawberry jam, mint, ripe black cherry, black pepper and tangy blood orange are accompanied by a saline finish.
