70cl / 55.4% / Cognac Sponge - A very old Fins Bois cognac assembled, by the Whiskysponge, from a unique parcel of five casks and bottled at natural strength of 55.4%. The grapes for this beautiful Cognac were grown in a unique terroir, on the 100 meter high limestone slopes of the village of Vars. The Sponge told us "This is basically old Speyside malt whisky from the 1960s distilled covertly by the dastardly French!"
