- This Guyanese rum was matured at source until 2002 before being shipped to the UK for a further 21 years of maturation. Aging in a single ex-bourbon barrel has imparted notes of vanilla & spice to the incredibly fruity base spirit. You can expect stewed tropical fruits with liquorice, camphor & beeswax on the palate, leading to grapefruit & freshly cut ginger on the finish.
