70cl / 51.5% - This Guyanese rum was matured at source until 2002 before being shipped to the UK for a further 21 years of maturation. Aging in a single ex-bourbon barrel has imparted notes of vanilla and spice to the incredibly fruity base spirit. You can expect stewed tropical fruits with liquorice, camphor and beeswax on the palate, leading to grapefruit and freshly cut ginger on the finish.

Aging in a single ex-bourbon barrel has imparted notes of vanilla & spice to the incredibly fruity base spirit. You can expect stewed tropical fruits with liquorice, camphor & beeswax on the palate, leading to grapefruit & freshly cut ginger on the finish.
